Rental Terms & Conditions

Maximum speed limit is 60 km/h while riding the bike/scooter. Exceeding this may result in penalties.
All traffic laws must be followed at all times.
Helmet is mandatory. More than two persons are not allowed on a bike/scooter.
A valid driving license is required to rent any bike or scooter.
Riding on the beach is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in a minimum fine of ৳1000.
Before taking the vehicle, record a complete video of the bike/scooter for safety and proof of condition.
Carrying illegal items, drugs, or prohibited materials is strictly forbidden.
Park the bike/scooter only in designated parking areas.
The rental company is not responsible for accidents caused by the rider.
Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period must be fully compensated by the customer.
If the bike is lost or stolen due to customer negligence, the customer must pay the full replacement cost of the vehicle.
Vehicles are not allowed outside the permitted Cox's Bazar operating area. If taken outside without permission, RideBay reserves the right to disable the rental and apply applicable charges.
